We ensure tenants have a point of contact to get in touch with if they have any questions or concerns.
Absolutely! Our expert team performs both inspections and repairs. If you’ve already completed your inspections and you require repairs, our team would be happy to take a look at your report and put together a quote for you, free of cost!
The Deadline for the SB-721/SB-326 Inspection Mandate is January 1, 2026. Once you have your inspection report, you have 120 days to pull a permit for repairs. You then have another 120 days to complete any necessary repairs.

Typically there are deadlines to be met, so we recommend you reach out to a structural construction company ASAP to get your property in compliance. Depending on the county there are specific steps in the process that need to be completed and communicated to the city’s Department of Building and Safety. It depends on the size of the project and if you already have drafted plans. If you already have plans, we’re typically good at getting a quote back to you within 3 business days. If we need to send our team out there to do a site plan, it may take a few days longer.

Oftentimes we send our Field Specialist out to your property to capture imagery, video, and a full site-plan to make sure we take everything into consideration. We then work on drafting a full proposal for you to understand the entire project. All of this is typically free of cost!

Structural safety in action! 🚧 We’ve got this building temporarily supported on wooden shoring while we prepare to install the steel moment frames. Once the steel is set and the grade beam concrete is poured, the shoring will be removed, leaving behind a fortified foundation! 💪
